Boxoffice Zinda Hai: 2017 ends with a big bang!

Trade Analyst named the top openers of 2017 and no surprises there that SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2 topped the list, Tiger Zinda Hai has taken the second spot beating Rohit Shetty's Diwali dhamaka Golmaal Again and even Shah Rukh Khan's Raees. This is quite significant in many ways as the combination has indeed emerged as quite lethal and now one waits to see what does the trio comes up with next.

With Christmas on Monday, Khan and Yash Raj Films, producers of Tiger Zinda Hai, will hope the number only gets better in the extended holiday period.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starrer Tiger Zinda Hai has been roaring at the box office from day 1.

It's been a battle of so many films at the box office, but most fail in comparison to Salman Khan's film.

Not only the domestic market, Tiger Zinda Hai is doing well in worldwide market as well. The film went on to surpass its already surging numbers on its first Sunday by clocking around Rs 44.5 crore as per early estimates of the day, reports by Boxofficeindia.com suggest. East-West-North-South, the business witnesses remarkable growth.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film is also doing pretty well in the global market, having made Rs 57.58 lakhs on its first two days in the USA. It marks the return of Salman and Katrina Kaif on-screen after five years. Metros and beyond metros, plexes and single screens - it's creating HAVOC... And now totally it grossed 100 crores on the extensive weekend collection.

Its earnings, reported by Taran Adarsh are as follows: Friday - Rs 34.10 crore, Saturday - Rs 35.30 crore, Sunday - Rs 45.53 crore, which makes it weekend total Rs 114.93 crore.
