The viral challenge that people are falling over themselves to try

Basically, you pretend there is an invisible box in front of you, step on it, and jump off.

Olivar's incredible performance immediately went viral, inspiring scores of social media users to attempt the challenge. "I still can not believe how much attention it has gotten".

We tried it in the office, and were pretty stumped, so chose to head out on the streets of London to see if anyone could really do the magic trick.

Sounds like a likely candidate, right?

Next up a Christmas market stall holder took on the trick but, despite deftly climbing out of his festive stall, he almost tripped while attempting the move.

In a video posted on YouTube, dancer Marcos Grados, from Guadalajara, Mexico, also manages to incorporate the move in to one of his routine.

While Sun journalist Natalie Keegan was anxious she was going to end up with another broken ankle - as she gave the stunt a go.

One of the first known recordings of the trick has been viewed almost 900,000 times.

Want to try it at home?

It appears that fitness is a key ingredient in beating the challenge, according to Men's Health fitness editor Ebenezer Samuel.

If you thought walking on air wasn't humanly possible, the latest fad to sweep the internet will make you think otherwise.

GUT INSTINCT Can you guess why this mum blogger nearly didn't post this picture online?

The leg that's stepping on the box uses a great deal of hip flexor, glute and core stability.

Now, this might look like a piece of cake but trust us, I am writing about it after failing several times and making a fool out of myself in the office, it isn't all that easy.
